Suanne Bowcut
Suanne has been teaching and leading children's choirs for over thirty years. She is currently the Music and Administrative Director of the Utah Valley Children's Choir and has been closely involved with this remarkable organization her entire career. Suanne is the daughter of UVCC’s founder, Beverly M. Thomas. She has taught music in public and private schools across Utah County and has been active in community art programs as well. She attended Brigham Young University and BYU Hawaii and is a licensed instructor for the "Let's Play Music" music instruction system. Suanne sung with the Tabernacle Choir for nine years and LOVED IT! She is a mother of six children and 14 grandchildren and is married to her best friend and biggest fan, Carl Bowcut.

ADMINISTRATION
Brian Southwick
Brian has been working with the Utah Valley Children's Choir since 2018. He spends so much time singing that his wonderful wife, Sara, says being married to him is like being married to a jukebox. Brian is a proud tenor and tries to convince all boys to remain tenors for life. He has sung with many groups including BYU Men's Chorus and Concert Choir, but he is most famous for appearing in High School Musical 3. Brian is a Seminary teacher and has taught at several schools around Utah Valley. Sara and Brian are the happy parents of two wonderful little boys.
McKay Bowcut
McKay is the son of Carl and Suanne Bowcut and the grandson of Beverly Thomas. McKay was practically raised in the choir and has been going on tours since he was 4 years old. McKay has always had a great love for music. In high school he participated in choir, jazz band, and a community orchestra. He studied as a music performance major for one year at BYU. After serving a mission in Cleveland, Ohio he earned his degree from BYU in Economics and Mathematics and is currently getting his Masters degree in Computer Science. McKay has always been anxious to get more involved in teaching music and thoroughly enjoys working with the choir. McKay is the parent of a sweet baby boy.

Carl Bowcut
Carl Bowcut has been an Administrative Director of The Utah Valley Children's Choir with his wife, Suanne, for over twenty years. He is a retired Seminaries and Institutes Instructor for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has been the tour director for the choir since their start with the choir in 1999. Along with members of his family, he owns a brain wellness franchise in Orem, Utah called Cereset. He loves to be with his children and grandchildren and loves to be outdoors camping with Suanne.
Cassie Bowcut
Cassie has been involved with the choir since she was 8 years old! She loved every second of the choir growing up and felt it played a huge part in her life and who she is today. Upon returning from her mission she married McKay Bowcut (son of Carl and Suanne Bowcut, grandson of Beverly Thomas) and was eager to get involved with the choir again. Cassie recently graduated from BYU with a degree in Experience Design and Management and hopes to help make the choir an amazing experience for all involved. She loves the community the choir creates and the spirit that is felt at rehearsals. Cassie enjoys crafting, socializing, and traveling. Cassie is the mom to a sweet baby boy.
Beverly Thomas
Beverly founded the choir in her home 40 years ago. She currently serves as artistic director for the choir and often tours with the concert choir as they take the message of Christ to people around the country.
